Pumpkin Cider Mule
- 1 ½ oz. pumpkin puree
- 1 ½ oz. vanilla vodka
- 2 oz. apple cider
- 1 can ginger beer
- apple slice for garnish
- Fill cocktail shaker with ice
- Add pumpkin puree, vanilla vodka and apple cider to shaker
- Shake until well-mixed and chilled
- Strain into glass with ice
- Top with ginger beer
- Garnish glass with apple slice
- Enjoy!
